Mini Popcorn Ball Pops

What you need:

* 8 c. popped popcorn
* 1 bag (10 oz.) JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows
* 1/4 c. unsalted butter
* 1 tsp. vanilla extract
* 1/2 c. sprinkles

What to do:

1. Pop the popcorn, remove any leftover kernels and place in a large mixing bowl.
2. Melt the JET-PUFFED Mini Marshmallows and butter in a small pan over low heat on the stove. Continuously stir until the mixture is completely melted.
3. Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract to the marshmallow mixture and stir until fully mixed.
4. Pour the marshmallow mixture over the popcorn and stir until the popcorn is evenly coated. Mix in 1/2 c. of sprinkles.
5. Use an ice cream scoop, sprayed with cooking spray, to scoop up popcorn balls. Place on a piece of parchment paper and add half of a paper straw in the center of each popcorn ball.
6. Allow the popcorn balls to set for 30 minutes and enjoy!
